Sure, paper-wrapped straws are more hygienic than unwrapped ones, but they’re not always the best experience. You grab a cold drink, condensation builds up around the cup, and the paper wrapper soaks it all in. Before you know it, it’s soggy, stuck to the straw, and leaving wet spots on the table. Not great, right?
We’ve heard your feedback loud and clear. Many of you have been asking for plastic-wrapped straws, so we listened.
We’re Making the Switch
Starting now, we’re switching our standard straw wrapping to plastic wrap. It’s cleaner, more durable, and just makes more sense, especially for cafes, restaurants, smoothie bars, and similar businesses where hygiene and presentation matter.
And the best part? There’s no price change. Our plastic-wrapped straws will be available at the same price as our paper-wrapped ones and will be stocked and ready to ship.
Need Paper Wrapping? No Problem
We’re phasing out paper-wrapped straws as current stock runs out. So if you still want them, now’s the time to grab what’s left.
Prefer paper wrap in the future? Just send us an email with your order and mention that you’d like paper-wrapped straws, we’ll make them just for you. Custom orders take a little longer since we produce and wrap them fresh.
