How soon will I receive my order?
On standard orders through our shop, we get them fulfilled the same day, so you should receive them within a few days!
For custom or larger orders that require production, we generally ask for around 4–6 weeks for production and packing. Shipping times depend on the delivery method you prefer. Freight shipments usually take between 1–7 business days, depending on your location from our Texas warehouse. If you're in a rush, we can also ship via express for an additional cost. Factors like weather, holidays, and distance can affect timing, but we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
I want custom straws not listed on your shop, can you help me?
We'd love to help you out with any custom measurements you need! Just send us an email and we will get in contact.
A general guideline of what our current machinery allows us to produce is as follows:
- Straw diameter: 3.5 to 12 mm (0.13 to 0.47 inch)
- Straw length: 50 to 500 mm (2 to 20 inch)
- Color: Single-color options only
Wrapping:
- Material: Paper or clear BOPP film
- Straw diameter for wrapping: 5 to 8 mm (0.20 to 0.31 inch)
- Straw length for wrapping: 150 to 300 mm (6 to 12 inch)
Flex (bendy) straws:
- Diameter: 6 mm (0.23 inch)
- Length: 200 to 240 mm (7.87 to 9.45 inch)
We mainly produce with polypropylene, but are open to other materials as long as they are compatible with our machinery. Add-ons such as molds, slits, rings, etc. is not something we can do.
I have a reseller certificate, how can I get set up as a reseller for tax purposes?
Great! Just send an email over to us with a copy of your reseller certificate, and we’ll get your account set up as tax-exempt right away.
I’d like to return my order. Will you give me a refund?
We are sorry to hear that! However, due to health and safety concerns, we have a No Returns policy once the product has left the custody of Straws & Stripes, LLC / DBA US-Straws. The only exception to this policy is where a claim is made for a defect in materials or workmanship upon receipt. This does not include slight variations in color, diameter or length due to technical factors. More information can be found here: Returns and Exchanges
The case I ordered was damaged.
Please send us an email explaining the issue. Let us know if just the box is damaged, or also the products inside, and if so, how much of it is damaged. Also please attach images. We will then help you out further over email!
I received the wrong straws!
Our apologies! Please send us an email with a picture of the wrong items, as well as a picture of the label on the box. It should state the type of straw, color, SKU, etc. We will send you the correct straws right away at no extra cost. We will also send you a return label for the wrong straws you received, so those can get shipped back to us. All you have to do is drop the package off at your local UPS store, no hassle, no cost! If you’d like to keep both, let us know and we will send you a new invoice.
The color of my straws aren’t as pictured on the website, can I get a refund?
Colors can appear different from screen to screen, and color variations during production are to be expected. Unfortunately, this does not count as a defective product, so we cannot give a refund.
How do I create an account with you? Do I have to?
It is completely optional to create an account, but it will make your life a lot easier! You will be able to see your purchase history, and save your addresses, contact information, and payment methods. This makes checking out a whole lot faster.
To create one, simply go to the top right corner of the screen and click account. Then, click New customer? Create your account. Type in your details (First name, last name, email address and password) and you’re all set! You will be sent a confirmation email and that’s it.
You won’t be spammed with emails, don’t worry!
Can I get payment terms with you?
If you are a customer that orders full pallets, then yes. To discuss details, please send us an email. We will send you a form to fill out and get you set up.
Do you give price breaks for resellers?
Yes, it is possible for us to give you price breaks. To discuss this further, please send us an email!
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
If you’d prefer this, sure! Send us an email and we’ll get your order into our system without shipping costs. If you want to place a large order that needs freight shipment, the same thing applies! If you have your own freight company you’d like to use, just send us an email and we will get that set up!
Do you offer unbranded boxes?
We do offer unbranded packaging if you need it for reselling purposes. This only applies to custom orders, or ones that need prior production. Our standard straws are always in stock, packaged and ready to ship, so we’d need to repackage them, which isn’t feasible. Send us an email and we will help you out!
I need custom printed straws, how fast can you get them done?
Once we get the print approval signed by you, we will place the order for the custom print plate. Their production and shipment should take around two weeks, and after that we will get straight to printing! Depending on how many straws you are looking for, whether they are wrapped or unwrapped, and if we have them in stock all play a role in the time it will take.
