2. Products, prices and orders
Please check the product description, dimensions, color, pack size and quantity before ordering. A single bag and a full case contain different quantities, as stated on the product page.
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are additional unless expressly stated otherwise.
If an item is unavailable or we identify a pricing error affecting your order, we will contact you. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. If no agreement is reached and the affected items are not supplied, we will refund the amounts paid for those items, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
3. Payment
Payment for the goods, applicable taxes and shipping charges shown at checkout is required when placing your order.
4. Shipping and delivery
Orders through this store are accepted for delivery within the United States, subject to the destinations and shipping services available at checkout.
Available shipping charges and any applicable free-shipping offer are shown at checkout.
We will provide any applicable processing or shipment timeframe before you place your order. If no shipment timeframe is stated, we will ship within 30 days after receiving a properly completed order.
If we cannot ship within the applicable timeframe, we will notify you before that timeframe expires, provide a revised shipment date when available, and explain your options to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped portion of your order for a refund.
We will obtain any consent required for a shipment delay. If that consent is not obtained, we will cancel the affected unshipped portion and promptly refund the amounts paid for it, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Delivery estimates do not limit these obligations.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Address corrections, redirection or special delivery services may result in additional carrier charges. We will explain any additional amount we ask you to pay.
Larger orders, custom products and pallet or freight shipments may require a separately stated processing timeframe or shipping arrangement. Residential delivery, liftgate service, appointments and other special services can affect the quoted shipping cost.
5. Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes depend on the order’s processing status.
An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. Custom production may also limit the changes or cancellations available; any order-specific conditions agreed before production will apply. The shipment-delay cancellation and refund rights described above remain unchanged.
6. Returns, defects and shipping damage
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges after products have shipped, except where required by applicable law. The same policy applies to discounted items. Defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are handled separately as described below.
For defective or incorrectly supplied goods, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as replacement or a refund. Contact hello@us-straws.com with your order number or other information that allows us to identify the purchase, and a description of the problem. Photographs may help us assess the issue.
For shipping damage, retain the goods and packaging, document the damage and notify us promptly. We will assist with the appropriate resolution and any necessary carrier claim.
Where a refund is due, we will process it promptly, generally to the original payment method. We do not deduct a restocking fee from refunds for defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
